These messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up communications, and updates related to your consultation or engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

No Sharing of SMS Data. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number, SMS opt-in information, or consent data to any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely for direct communication between NexusAI and you regarding your consultation and related services. Phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from any data sharing arrangements with third-party service providers, advertising networks, or affiliates.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint.
